    This website is a web-based recruiting tool (haufe-umantis) of the Mammut Sports Group. We use this tool to provide applicants with job offer information in Switzerland and Germany and to conduct and administer the recruitment procedure.
    The responsible body, within the meaning of the data protection law, is the Mammut Sports Group AG, Birren 5, 5703 Seon, Switzerland.     By your registration, you provide Mammut Sports Group with your personal information concerning an application for a position with Mammut Sports Group. Your data will be, as instructed, stored and processed on servers in Pratteln, Switzerland, by Haufe-umantis AG.
      
    Collected Data
    You can apply over this website electronically for job openings and make spontaneous applications with Mammut Sports Group. To do this, you must register yourself as a user by providing a personal user name and password. On the online form, the data marked with the star are mandatory. It is up to you to decide whether you would like to enter further data over our online form or if you would like to send us this information in another form (e.g., CV). In addition to the titles (Mr. Ms. etc.), surname and first name, the data collected are the usual correspondence data such as address, e-mail address and telephone numbers. For the application process, a few more important documents are needed (such as a cover letter, curriculum vitae, employment certificates, vocational, training and further education qualifications). You can edit, modify or delete your saved data at any time. 
      
    Every time you visit our website your IP address as well as the type and version number of your web browser will be registered. This information is used by Mammut Sports Group exclusively for statistical purposes as well as for solving technical problems. The IP address provides information as to your domain name, but not about other personal information. 
      
    In order to increase user-friendliness, cookies are set when logging in.
      
    Purpose of the Data Processing
    All of the data that you enter when registering, as well as when applying, for a job is used exclusively to make personal contact with you or to review and evaluate your application for a particular position. Mammut Sports Group can also use your personal data for further potential positions with Mammut Sports Group, in other words, not only together with the position that you apply for. Mammut Sports Group will not pass on your data to any unauthorized third parties.
      
    Access to the Data
    The Mammut Sports Group will handle the data you provide confidentially. In the framework of a concrete application, only those persons involved with filling this position will be able to view the data that you provided. These are, in particular, the collaborators from the Department of Human Resources as well as other persons involved in filling the position, such as, for e.g., the concerned line manager. In addition, the Haufe-umantis AG has access to the data as part of its software support.
      
    If you enter a position with Mammut Sports Group, your job application will be placed in your personnel file.
      
    Data Security
    The data is transmitted over a secure connection with a 128-bit encryption. In its own area of responsibility, Mammut Sport Group takes appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorized access by a third party. An automatically activated 128-bit encryption ensures the secure transfer of your data.
      
    Your Independent Data Processing
    You have, at all times, the possibility to access your data (personal and job application documents) in the applicant database, to independently alter them, to supplement them or to delete your personal information and/or application documents
      
    The data can be processed for statistical purposes (e.g., reporting). However, it is not possible to draw conclusions about individual persons.
      
    Storing and Deleting Data
    If you have made an application, but we were not able to accommodate you and you received a rejection, your data will remain stored for 6 months. After 6 months, the data of the application attachments (such as CV, employment certificates and diplomas) will be deleted. The other data (application letter) will be anonymized and kept for statistical purposes for a maximum of 3 years. If we decide to include you in our applicant pool, we mention this in the rejection email. In this case, all your data will be stored for 1 ½ years. You can independently delete this data at any time. The storage is for the exclusive purpose of a future re-evaluation and for holding contact records for later, or other, vacancies at Mammut Sports Group. After 1 ½ years, the data that is in the applicant management pool will be deleted.
